Hey, I’m Brittney!

I’m the photographer behind Brittney Ray Visuals. I focus on capturing real moments as they happen, whether that’s a quiet interaction, a high-energy event, or something in between. My work is rooted in authenticity, with an emphasis on natural light, genuine connection, and details that don’t feel forced.

Before stepping fully into photography, I spent time working in the music industry, creating and selling merchandise on tour, along with roles in promotions for the Orlando Magic, Tennessee Titans, WJRR 101.1, and a local venue in Nashville. Those experiences shaped how I see and capture energy, movement, and people in the moment.

Alongside my photography, I’ve spent the past several years working within a sheriff’s office, where I currently lead the Digital Media Unit. That experience has taught me how to anticipate moments, adapt quickly, and document things as they unfold in real time.

The alias was something I created when I moved to Nashville in 2022 to work alongside my brother as he built his music career - a chapter that shaped my creative path and continues to influence my work today.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a camera in hand or spending time with my dogs — something that’s naturally carried into my work, especially when it comes to capturing K9s and the bond they share with their handlers.

In addition, I am the creator and producer of the series “Patrolling with Lake County SO’, where I occasionally ride along with deputies and film their everyday calls for service. It has been featured in the FSA’s All Points Bulletin magazine. My younger self would think I’m super cool right now for creating a local version of COPS TV :)

From lifestyle sessions to agency work and live events, my goal is always the same: create images that feel natural, intentional, and true to the moment.
